Daniel Pidcock is the creator of Atomic Research and the founder of Gleanly, a knowledge repository built around the atomic process. He has been a UX designer and researcher for about 18 years now, having worked with large brands such as Just Eat, Clarks, Honda, and the Royal Navy. As well as startups and scale-ups. He has seen a great deal of different teams and projects and almost all suffer from a lack of institutional memory.

He quickly noticed that most organizations don't know what they know. Teams do research to answer questions and that information is rarely available for the rest of the organization. That’s why he created a new concept: Atomic Research which still revolutionized the way teams do research
