The Mission

Designing the UX/UI of a B2B CRM that automates data analysis and speeds up decisions for sales-admin teams.

Catalog is a B2B CRM that automates commercial processes for sales-administration (ADV) teams — cutting manual work so they can focus on higher-value activities and maximize revenue. The mission: design and ship the UX/UI that turns that automation into faster, better decisions.

The Solution

Four building blocks, augmented by AI — a cockpit, an augmented inbox, self-applying tags and a conversational agent.

A conversational AI agent that analyzes quotes, orders and ADV activity to deliver personalized insights and recommendations. A manager cockpit surfacing key indicators across ADV activity and the mailbox. An augmented inbox that reads exchanges and suggests next actions. And a tag-management page to keep everything organized.
